In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as defined:

• "Platform" refers to the spinngo website at spinngo.run together with all services provided on it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to a member's personal profile registered on the spinngo platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of money or credits available in a member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits or additional benefits given by spinngo to members subject to certain conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the requirement to wager a specified amount of money before bonus funds can be converted to cash.
• "Services" covers all games, sports betting, live wagering and other activities available on the platform.

To register and use spinngo services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Register only one personal account in your own name. Owning multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated.
• Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, email, mobile number and any identity verification details requested.
• Not use the platform on behalf of or in the name of another individual.

spinngo reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time by requesting verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad), passport or equivalent document. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account.

Only one active account is allowed per individual. If a duplicate account is detected, spinngo reserves the right to merge, suspend or terminate any such account without prior notice.

All financial transactions on the spinngo platform are subject to the following policy:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM20, regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100.
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved.

All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered under the same member's name. spinngo reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction suspected of containing unusual activity or that conflicts with anti-money laundering policy.

Funds in a member's account that have used a bonus are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal is permitted. All winnings arising from a bonus balance may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been fully met.

All bonuses and promotions offered by spinngo are subject to the wagering requirements and time limits stated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply:

• The spinngo welcome bonus offers 200% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before any funds related to the bonus can be withdrawn.
• For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200 with a total account balance of RM300. The wagering requirement to be met is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000.
• Each member is eligible for each bonus offer once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another member, converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements, or used at the same time as another bonus unless stated otherwise.
• spinngo reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The use of all games on the spinngo platform, including slots, live casino, fish shooting, mix parlay and sports betting, is subject to the respective game rules set by the relevant game provider. Members agree that:

• Game results are final and cannot be reversed. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted to the support team within 24 hours.
• Any technical failure during a game will be investigated by spinngo, and the decision made by management is final.
• The use of automated software, bots or any unauthorised method to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• spinngo reserves the right to limit or void any bet suspected of conflicting with game rules or platform policy.

For sports betting and mix parlay, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the applicable odds. spinngo reserves the right to correct obvious odds errors, and bets placed at materially incorrect odds may be voided.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in your account. This includes:

• Keeping your username and password confidential. Your password must not be shared with anyone, including family members.
• Contacting the spinngo support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensuring all personal information in your account is current and accurate at all times.

spinngo uses appropriate technical security measures to protect member data and transactions. However, you must also take your own precautions, such as using a strong password and not accessing your account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.

The following are strictly prohibited on the spinngo platform and may result in account suspension or termination, cancellation of all balances and bonuses, and appropriate legal action:

• Registering more than one account under the same or different names.
• Using false personal information or information borrowed from another individual.
• Using automation software, scripts, bots or third-party tools to influence game outcomes or manipulate the system.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses in a dishonest manner or in a way that goes against the stated conditions.
• Colluding with other players to exploit the payment system or odds in sports betting.
• Spreading false or inaccurate information about spinngo to third parties.

spinngo provides its platform and services "as is". We strive to keep the platform running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the service will be free from technical disruptions, errors or temporary downtime.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, spinngo is not liable for:

• Any financial losses or missed profits resulting from technical disruptions or system maintenance.
• Any indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including game providers or payment processors.

spinngo operates under international licensing. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their local jurisdiction.

spinngo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Management suspects that fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity has occurred.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period with no activity.

Members may also submit a request to close their own account at any time by contacting the spinngo support team. Any valid remaining balance in the account after deduction of bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy.

spinngo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any recent changes.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be considered severable from the rest of the document, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
